At Snack ‘a Bone, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with our products. Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., raw treats)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, or video games
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

To Complete Your Return

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; refunds can take some time to appear.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at sales@snackabone.com and send your item to: [physical address].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: Victoria Works, Williams Street, Unit T, Manchester, UK, M18 7AY. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
